Quebec coalition on the move against Kettle Island

A new Quebec coalition in favour of a better public transit system for Gatineau and in favour of a bridge at the Gatineau airport will be announced on Wednesday at a formal press conference.

When: Wednesday, January 21 at 11:30am
Where: Maison du Citoyen, 25 Laurier, Gatineau
Room: Salle Vidéotron

Those of you who are available to show support are invited to attend in support.

    Mr Dasylva, lors du conseil de Gatineau hier, a annoncé qu’il faudrait certainement exproprier plus de 20 propriétés sur la Montée Paiement alors que les consultants de Roche ne proposait qu’une seule expropriation.

    Mr Angers, conseiller pour les Promenades, a enfin tenu compte des résidents de Tecumseh et demande a ce que ces résidents soient également approchés lors de la prochaine phase.

    Les conseillers de Gatineau sont toujours en bloc pour le projet sur l’ile Kettle mais petit a petit notre cause se fait entendre.

Our research has led us to believe that Kettle Island is a bad choice for our region, yet we represent no particular group or neighbourhood.
