Lansdowne Video is here!

If you witnessed the madness and mayhem at Lansdowne for the Final Public Consultation on Sept 24, we’re sure you’d agree that folks in Ottawa are ready for a fight. More than 1000 people showed up, and they were mad as hell.

    The Lansdowne video was an effective footage in giving hope that we will able to STOP THE BRIDGE. When I see so many hundreds of people came together with one goal in mind, no doubt we will win. We need to get everybody in all 12+ neighbourhoods to be aware and voice their objection—

    STOP THE BRIDGE!

    Well done everybody! This is only the beginning…..

    Wow! What a well packaged, concise, representation of last week’s meeting for those who were unable to attend.

    Although we are fighting quite a battle, I must say that the work and thought and hours put in by community volunteers of ALL the affected neighbourhoods has been overwhelming.

    That’s why we live in the greatest of communities which we must fight together to preserve.

    Excellent job! Very powerful! In less than 5 minutes you get a clear picture on how our community will be impacted and how the NCC and its partners have mismanaged the decision process on where to build the bridge. People first!!!!!!!!!!

    This blog was started by Ottawa residents concerned about the selection methodology for a new bridge and inter-provincial truck highway. Our research has led us to believe that Kettle Island is a bad choice for our region, yet we represent no particular group or neighbourhood. Anyone is invited and encouraged to participate in our blog.
